The gentleman who served me was very polite and assured me he could change the battery in my phone. It was ready within the time he said. Phone works great and the charge lasts much longer. Price was great All in all a great experience

They are fairly priced and very accommodating. I was held up at work till after my original appointment time and they were able to change my appointment time to when I was able to leave work. The space is clean and they had a coffee maker in the corner to make your wait better. Very friendly and they were very quick.

We had a great experience. The back of my daughter's iPhone case had smashed, so I ordered a replacement and found YouTube videos showing how to DIY the repair. An hour in, I realized if I kept going I risked doing serious damage to the phone. We brought the phone to Phone Fact the next day. The cost of repair was more than reasonable, the service was excellent, and the owner is a great guy. Next time, instead of trying to DIY a repair, we'll star with Phone Fact.

I took my mother's old, broken phones here late last year to see if we could get the photos taken off of them. They were able to get the photos off and onto a USB stick in no time at all. My mom was sick, and has since passed, but being able to relive the memories through those photos together with her was something I'll never forget. Thank you ❤️

I was carrying my groceries into my house this weekend when I accidently slipped and fell down. Unfortunately I had put my phone on my back pocket which ended up being fatal for my phone screen :( I am not sure if it was destiny or good fortune, As I stood up I saw this flyer hanging on my door for this new phone repair place. The flyer had a discount attached to it. I went to the place yesterday and my experience was nothing short of amazing. The repair was really quick and the gentleman was very kind.
