Mail in your device for repair

How it works:
1) Fill out and submit the form below and give us a brief description of the issue with your device.
2) You will receive an email from us with your ticket. Print out the email and place it with your device in a shipping package.
3) Mail the package to us using your preferred shipping service.
4) We work on your device and send you a payment link when the work is complete. We then ship your device back to you after we receive the payment.
