Every repair at Phone Fact includes a 2-year warranty on parts and labor — the longest warranty in Hamilton. Most competitors offer only 90 days. We're confident in our work because we use premium parts and employ highly-trained technicians. If something fails due to our repair within 2 years, we fix it free. Repairs for liquid damage come with 6 months warranty. The warranty doesn't cover new physical damage or liquid exposure after the repair date.
We focus on providing the best value through quality parts, expert workmanship, and our 2-year warranty rather than competing solely on price. Many competitors use cheap aftermarket parts that fail quickly. Our prices reflect premium components and advanced expertise. That said, if you find a comparable quote (same part quality, same warranty length), contact us and we'll do our best to work with you.
We accept cash, debit, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. Payment is due when you pick up your repaired device or upon shipment for mail-in customers. We also accept e-transfer. For refurbished phone purchases, we offer secure checkout through our website with Shopify payment processing.
